a 5.11????

Well I skipped my Saturdays P90X and did about 4 hours of rock climbing!  I had a blast, I had not been since high school (11 years).  I made it up a 5.11 route and it felt awesome.  This takes a whole different level of strengh and muscles. I AM SORE.
