DAY 50- P90X

Here is my updated P90X pictures.  I figured I would just show the  back view since this is where I see the most change.  It really has helped putting weight in a back pack for more resistance.
P90X Day 1 - 156lbs

I had my doubts about P90X just making you leaner but it really can build muscle as well!
