Changed My Mind

First time trying out weighted vest
I did one week of my P90X/ Arms/ Bench Press/Modified version and I decided just today that I will not do this right now.  I am going to do P90X (100%) but with my new weighted vest I got.  I am starting with 20-25lbs.  I will use it on all of the workouts starting on February 21st.  Wish me Luck! I may die.

Last night, Tuesday, I ran 3 miles with my weighted vest (@22lbs) then did squats, lunges, calf raises for 20 minutes.  Dang!  That was a good workout.  It was the first day that was warm enough to run outside without freezing so I figured I would give it a shot.  I'm excited to start round 4 with this new vest! DO YOUR BEST FORGET THE REST!

Damn dude, that is intense! How has the vest been working out on the strength training days so far? That's gotta be super tough using on legs and back day.

I love the vest so far, Im stoked because it wears me out fast and thats what I need! It kills my legs so I know its doing good!
