I.N.S.A.N.I.T.Y

I have reached my goal of bulking up to 175 lbs.  I actually hit 178lbs which is right about where I started at in May of 2010!  I am now going to work on strengthening my core and watching my diet to the "T".  I am taking Shakeology and adding in extra cardio when I can during my lunch break.  I will continue to use my weighted vest for more resistance.
May 20th 2010- 180 lbs                                         April 2011- 178lbs

Okay, so as much of you know I have started doing an Insanity/P90X hybrid schedule!   I love the intensity of Insanity.  If any of you would like to get an awesome workout and not spend the hour and fifteen minutes that is required from P90X this is your answer.
Shaun T gave me the chills with his intensity.  The way that Insanity workouts are, makes you feel like he is right there in your face pushing you to the max.  " YOU CAN FRICKING DO IT"!  That was my favorite quote from yesterdays Cardio and Resistance workout.  I have never sweat so much during a 40 minute workout.  I LOVE IT!
